Eryngium - Sea Holly has rosette of spiky bracts with a central cone; the foliage can be a little spiky Alpinum has bluish stems and bracts; Giganteum is more silver green. These spiky Perennial Plants with a thistle type look bring a sculptural elegance to the garden.
