Allium New York is a excellent recent introduction, the flowers have a unique shape, flattish underneath a domed head, allium are an absolute magnet for pollinators and will fill the garden with colour for weeks after the spring flowers are going over. Tall and elegant perfect for the middle to back of the border growing between 50 to 70cm heigh. Plant on their own in groups or mix with alliums like Atropurpureum for added contrast.
