Camassia Orion Bulbs


Deep violet-blue. Camassia Orion (Quamash) is perfect for naturalising and should be left undisturbed; this brilliant, dwarf Camassia is an ideal meadow plant or planted between dwarf grasses. Orion also makes a marvellous bulb for the garden border, giving them a little shade to full sun in soil that tends to retain a little moisture.

Description
Camassia are perfect for the garden border or naturalising in a meadow where the leaves can take at least eight weeks to die back, these elegant showy stems will show there faces just as the tulips are fading giving added colour to the last spring early summer garden. Camassia are not suited to planting in containers.
