We’d like to reassure you that during UK lockdown our online shop is still open and available to take your order. As before, our UK staff are able to work from home and our warehouse staff in Holland are continuing to work safely and socially-distanced packing and despatching orders as normal. We can continue to deliver all orders throughout the UK.
With the announcement of the new UK lockdown, many of our customers understandably have questions about their orders.
Delivery is as normal when sent to your home address
When your delivery is being sent to your home address things will continue as normal. Our delivery company DPD is working hard to deliver all your packages in time to your doorstep. You will receive a delivery notification in advance that will give you a time slot or the option to have your parcel delivered to a safe location, a neighbour or on an alternative date.
*Please keep in mind that these weeks are peak times for planting bulbs and despatch/delivery might take one or two days more than you are used to.
If your order is NOT going to a home address
If your order is NOT going to a home address, you need to change your delivery address. DPD cannot deliver to office/commercial addresses during this lockdown period. Here’s how you change your delivery address: Wait until you receive your delivery email from DPD and change your delivery address there.
You want to place a new order?
No problem! If you place your order you can mention the delivery address there. When your order is being despatched you’ll receive a delivery notification that will give you a time slot or the option to have your parcel delivered to a safe location, a neighbour or on an alternative date.
