Melissa Officinalis (bee balm) is an easy to grow vigorous herb perfect for growing in pots due to its wandering nature, in late summer it produces tall spikes of white flowers which are attractive to pollinators. Lemon balm has many culinary uses, the lemon-scented leaves fill the air with is aroma. Lemon balm can be used to make tea in soups , salads, with fruit and fish.
