Narcissus Angel’s Wish is a productive little narcissus. Each flower is very small, measuring only 2cm across but numerous flowers grow from a single stem (3-5) giving you a full spectacle of lemon yellow colours.
The cup is slightly darker than the petals, but only slightly. Its shape is that of a round bowl from which comes a gentle scent.
Part of the Triandrus group of daffodil bulbs, it is very similar to the very popular Hawera Narcissus. We would recommend using Angel’s wish in place of Hawera bulbs whilst the growers replenish their stocks.
At only 15-20 cm tall it is one of the smallest narcissus we have available. It is still a very charming flower and requires some special thought as to where to plant it. In pots or at the front of beds so it doesn’t get lost amongst the foliage of bigger spring flowering bulbs.
Plant in autumn in well draining but moist soil. Narcissus Angel’s Wish prefer a sunny position but will cope well in a semi shaded spot.
