Variegated green leaves edged in cream and pink, with purple stems, small lilac flower. Salvia Tricolor (Sage) is a evergreen woody attractive shrub, Tricolor is a lovely culinary herb the leave can be used for making tea or use the leaves and flowers with meats or rice dishes. Avoid winter wet, Salvia also looks good planted with hardy perennial plants, clip often to encourage fresh leaf growth.
