Snowdrop Woronowii

A pure white snowdrop, Galanthus Woronowii have pretty green marks at the apex. They also have unusual, wide, waxy green leaves that give particularly good ground cover. To add to their many attractions, they are also scented.

  • These unusual Galanthus Woronowii snowdrops are a welcome sight in late winter. They naturalise easily and are not eaten by animals. Always plant snowdrops should always on arrival.

  • Grow Snowdrops in moist, well drained, humus rich soil that does not dry out in summer. They prefer partial shade. Lift and divide congested clumps when flowering becomes sparse. Plant around 8-10 cm deep. Allow around 75-100 per square meter. Please note that all parts of the snowdrop may cause mild stomach upset if eaten. Furthermore, contact with the bulbs may cause skin irritation. We recommed gloves when planting or lifting & dividing snowdrop bulbs.
