Phlomis Tuberosa

Purplish-pink. Phlomis Tuberosa bears its flowers in whorls of hooded flowers up the tall strong leafy dark stems in intervals, the leaves are clump forming , this architectural plant will provides months of colour from the flower buds in spring to the open flowers and then to the winter form of the dried flower heads, excellent planted in bold groups, or mixed with hardy perennial plants and grasses, also good for coastal planting.
