Astilbe Drum and Bass produces beautiful dense feathery fragrant plumes attractive to pollinators with dark green serrated leaves, this lovely compact variety is suitable for damp and partial shade, perfect for container planting and cut flower. Mix with perennials the like woodland conditions like Hellebore, Alchemilla, Convallary (Lily of the Valley), Astrantia, Anemone, Brunnera (forget me not). Protect from sull summer sun as it can scorch the foliage.
