Autumn Planting Bulbs
Our autumn planting / spring flowering bulbs like crocuses, daffodils and hyacinths bloom from February to May and will bring your garden to life even when it’s still cold outside. We supply a wide variety of colours, shapes and sizes, so we’re confident you’ll find the perfect spring flowering bulbs for your garden.
When to plant autumn bulbs
Our autumn planting bulbs will be dispatched from late August to the end of January, giving you enough time to plant your bulbs ready for spring flowering. Depending on the flower, you can start planting your spring flowering bulbs from the last days of summer.
Spring flowering bulbs such as snowdrops, daffodils, crocuses and hyacinths can be planted by the end of September, before the first autumn frost. November is the best month to plant tulips.
Hardy spring flowering bulbs such as lilies and alliums are best planted in September and October.

Where to plant autumn bulbs
Generally speaking, autumn planting bulbs should be planted in areas where there is plenty of sunlight and a good level of drainage to prevent the bulbs rotting.
