Ornithogalum have clusters of gorgeous white starry flowers, Ornithogalum Arabicum has a prominent black ovary at the centre of each flower. Ornithogalum Magnum has glistening pure white flowers produced in umbels; Nutans and Umbellatum are perfect for planting in the woodland, border or pots where they will happily naturalise. Ornithogalum Arabicum is a excellent long lasting cut flower. Flowering March-August. Ht. 20-80 cms.
